technical articles, volunteer in leadership roles for regional
technology user groups, and secure certifications.

CTS is committed to making a
positive impact in the communities that we serve. We are proud to
invest in many local and national non-profit organizations and
educational institutions. Our employees contribute their time,
resources, and talent to over 50 different organizations. All CTS
employees are given up to 40 hours a year of paid time off to provide
services to community non-profits and organizations. CTS encourages its
employees to serve on local boards, participate in local charity
events, and share their knowledge with universities and schools through
seminars and workshops. In addition, we actively encourage community
partners to reach out to us. We hope our efforts create a positive,
