Our mission is to
provide technology and services that contribute significantly to the
success of our customers and to provide Daxko team members with
rewarding careers.
We define integrity as doing the right thing when nobody is
looking. At Daxko we treat our customers, partners, and fellow team
members with fairness, honesty, and respect. Without integrity, our best
efforts will fail, no matter how good our software and services are.
Sense of ownership is the deep resolve to do what needs to get
done. We stay focused on our goals and have a high degree of
accountability in the commitments we make.
Effective teams beat individuals every time. Our success is not
dependent on the heroics of a few individuals. It is dependent on team
members working together towards a common goal, accomplishing things
they couldn’t do on their own.
Fun is that extra, intangible dimension that helps us enjoy our jobs and
makes us enjoyable to work with.It helps us keep our jobs in
perspective, egos in check, and allows us to be better, creative problem
solvers for our clients, every day.
At Daxko, our team members develop innovative software and
valuable services to propel the mission of our customers forward. It requires
ingenuity, collaboration, determination, and execution.
We are so committed to our team members that part of our
mission statement reads: “To provide Daxko team members with rewarding
careers.”
One of the ways we do this is through our culture.
We believe that a commitment to team members through our
culture facilitates an even stronger commitment to our customers. Our customers
deserve nothing less than a rock-solid commitment. We believe that better
people and better customer interaction always leads to better solutions. That’s
why you’ll find us taking ownership, taking risks, but not taking ourselves too
seriously. It’s in our DNA.

patients names when they walk in the door of our clinics!
Clinical excellence is the foundation of our successful patient
outcomes. Many of our therapists have advanced certification in
orthopedic physical therapy, as well as other specialty areas including
manual therapy, women's health, orthotics and hand therapy/occupational
therapy.
Hundreds of physicians in Alabama and Georgia trust TherapySouth to
care for their patients each day. We work with physicians, families,
employers and insurance companies to ensure the best care possible for
every patient.
TherapySouth always appreciates great talent. We offer a
